Leadership
A great leader is someone who is able to lead a group of peers in the right direction. Zoe is a great leader. She is able to keep people on task and have people get their necessary work done. She is able to get everyone attention easily and she is a great speaker to make any announcements
Cooperation
Zoe is able to work with a team very well. If someone that she is working with doesn’t understand something she will help clear things up and show them how. She wants everyone to be able to have a hand in the work and help get things done quickly and efficiently.
Punctuality
Zoe is very timely and does everything in her ability to turn things in on time. Zoe will stay up till sunrise to finish something. She always gets a feeling of dread when is late or has to turn an assignment in late, she hates it!
